Over the past 13 years I’ve worked across product roles from user research to front-end engineer. I specialise in designing experiences and interfaces for start-ups, non-profits and enterprise customers, and leading design & engineering teams in building products on time and to budget.

I’ve worked in lean and agile environments and implement user-centered design methodologies combined with data to inform product decisions.

Every project is different, but I structure my process around user-centered design and the double diamond. Over the years I’ve found this to be a solid way to design products.

Design inclusively, decide on the right problem to solve and generate many solutions to the problem. From there, hypothesising which solutions have the greatest chance of success, and iterating on them utilising data and user-feedback.

The aim is to build quickly, test and validate assumptions before committing.
